This cult favorite is a firm LBJ favorite. Made with the finest figs and cooked with earl grey tea produces a sweet but ever so slight savory jam due to the texture/flavor from the fig seeds. Highly recommended on toast but equally as delicious served on bruschetta with feta cheese, rocket & olive oil.
